Again and again server errors on Takefile. After two weeks of peace, the downloads start all over again and they never stop finishing when I finally get the file. Paid for premium to have this cart that doesn’t move forward. No matter how much you write to them, they didn’t even bother to answer me the last time. And when they answer you, the problem never is with them.
I’m pretty sure my post won’t get published. You take for them because they bring you earnings. You have lost a customer. I’m not going to renew my subscription if that doesn’t change after four or five years with them at over $ 250.00 Canadian per year.
I’m always here to help you, and there are no reason I don’t publish your comment. I assume that the problem maybe on your side, your network, your download app or browser, so sorry for it. Since you are the only one that having this kind of trouble actually. So please really check on your side.

I appreciate your impartiality. The problem is not on my side. Everything works fine on my computer. All of my other downloads from other vendors are impeccable in efficiency. Everyone had been fine for two weeks with Takefile. It looked like the fix had been done on Takefile’s servers which in my opinion are unstable at times. You say you don’t have a complaint from your end, but when you write to Takefile, they apologize for taking days to get back to you. There must be some problem if the time to get a response from them is so long. Thanks for answering, but I maintain that their servers at Takefile are inefficient. Good day !
When I said I wrote to takefile, that was an upload issue but it was fixed few days later. About download issue, yes, I had few reports from other user about it, but it just a small delay from the servers storing these files and it should be fixed in few hours, but if I’m online and see these reports, I reupload these files right away for my user cause I don’t want them to wait for hours. About your case, I remember I reupload for you sometime but your problem never be fixed even in new servers, so I still think the trouble might be on your side (maybe your ISP throttling). I am very sorry for bad experience.

I have an annual subscription with ExpressVPN which is one of the most expensive on the market and bypasses ISPs. I had written Takefile a few times to take the new IP addresses into consideration.
And why, tell me, is it easy at times to get the files, and on other occasions it’s hellish? It’s only with Takefile that I have this problem. Elsewhere, it’s happiness! This is why I am seriously considering not renewing my one-year subscription. It gets too complicated and I would take what you provide for free. The quality of the files is lower, but that’s the price to pay for peace of mind. A huge thank you for your answers!

Your case is very rare that you are the ONLY ONE having this issue. It’s so sad that you have bad experience with download. And by the way, either expressVPN or NordVPN throttling download/upload sometime, I used them but I canceled both now.
